Position: PROGRAM MANAGER
Salary Range: $35,000 to $40,000 with Benefits
Program Manager reports to Administrative Team and is responsible for overseeing overall operations of the ART House which includes supervising house managers and resident advisors. Responsibilities also include communication with OAS, counselors, therapists, residents and any other individuals which affect residents. Work will be performed in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Assist in the supervision and training of staff Support daily scheduling for proper staff coverage during all shifts. Ensure accuracy of daily census. When necessary, assist in screening client's personal belongings upon entry to the facility.
Deny access to facility to unauthorized persons. Monitor client movement in and out of the facility and account for their whereabouts. Monitor client sign-out book. Oversee the coordination of chores, fresh air, and any other in-house activities based on the program's schedule. Coordinate, conduct, and document random client and room searches as needed
Monitor clients taking their medications as necessary Conduct client orientation sessions and seminars and complete client activity sheets in electronic health record system, as directed. Assist when necessary in processing new admissions and their belongings. Monitor communication log.
Monitor urinalysis/ drug screening and breathalyzers, as necessary. Monitor daily program activities in addition to meals and medication line. Conduct weekly full facility safety/security checks to ensure building is free of hazards/risks. Conduct fire drills and maintain operational safety equipment (extinguishers, smoke detectors, first aid kits, Narcan availability, etc.). Ensure facility cleanliness and safety through the regular inspection of sanitation procedures, including pest control, the storage of supplies and clients' belongings, and submission of work orders for needed repairs. Monitor property maintenance relative to inclement weather, including shoveling, salting, and de-icing walkways as directed. Complete written reports and documentation, as required, including electronic incident reports, discharges, etc, when needed.
Aid in scheduling residential community activities, as needed.
